Policies & requirements
Driver verification
A valid driver’s license is required. Additional identity or eligibility verification may be required before approval.
Insurance
Acceptable insurance must be verified before a direct rental begins. Coverage requirements may vary by vehicle and rental.
Mileage
Mileage allowance is stated in the rental agreement. Excess mileage fees may apply when the included allowance is exceeded.
Fuel
Vehicles must be returned at the required fuel level. Premium-fuel vehicles must receive the specified premium grade.
Smoking
No smoking or vaping in rental vehicles. Cleaning or remediation charges may apply where permitted by the agreement and law.
Damage & fees
Renters are responsible for obligations stated in the signed rental agreement, including authorized fees, damage, tolls, tickets, and late return terms.
